Warranty Declaration

CAROL Lighting LED product brings customers many benefits including excellent quality, super long lifespan, high energy saving, low light depreciation, eyesight protection, environment protection and etc.

From the day(Production cycle code put on the product label) you bought CAROL Lighting lamps to sum up the period of warranty is 3 or 5 years. Once you find any quality problem with the product itself during warranty period, with providing object/pictures/video and invoice, the un-work or defective lamps can be exchanged, repaired or fixed by sending alternative materials from CAROL Lighting, after our engineers’ examination and testing. To reach a problem solution agreement.

The above warranty will not be application under the following cases:

  • Dismantled by customers own.
  • Man-made behaviors of customers.
  • Incorrect transportation by customers own.
  • Wrong accommodated lighting fixture.
  • Force Majeure.
  • Warranty period expired.  

How to deal with quality issue?

Carol Lighting is always in pursuit for excellence since its born. And “Quality Stable” is the first thing we care about. However, we cannot 100% assure that no lights will be failed to work or have quality issues during warranty period. We will do our best to solve this problem once we met.

You can handle the quality issue by following steps:

1, Try to get more proofs, like images, video, which can help us to identify the quality issue.

2,Send these files to your responsible salesman, and copy to this email address: engineer@carolighting.com

3, We will reply your email within 24 hours, to give you an initial quality issue analysis. In this progress, we shall need your support to help us identify or check the product as well.

4, Once the reason is found out, our salesman will propose you an solution plan.
